This is the first of the Family Partnerships. Mel, being a Texan, has for many years been a real fan of the organizational structure of "King's Ranch" in south Texas. Many of the finer points of that organization were incorporated in this organization. This Partnership primarily focuses it's operation on publicly traded securities and the financing of various projects that the other entities of the Spree-Moffitt Group want to pursue.
